Warranty Policy
Parliament Appliance Repair stands behind professional workmanship and clear communication. Warranty coverage may be offered for up to 90 days, depending on the issue, the repair performed, and the part supplied. The technician will explain the warranty details that apply to your specific repair.
What Our Warranty Is Intended to Cover
Warranty coverage applies to the specific work performed by Parliament Appliance Repair for the diagnosed issue. It is not a blanket appliance warranty and it does not automatically apply to unrelated problems, future failures, or the appliance as a whole.
Workmanship Warranty
Our warranty is on our work and workmanship for the repair we completed. If the same repaired issue returns within the warranty period explained by the technician, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the original service details.
Parts and Supplied Components
The warranty we provide is on our work, not an independent guarantee of the part itself. Parts can vary by supplier, availability, appliance condition, and manufacturer terms. If a supplied part appears to have failed, we will review the repair details and advise on the next step.
What May Not Be Covered
- New or unrelated appliance problems.
- Issues caused by misuse, blocked ventilation, poor installation, water damage, pests, power surges, or lack of maintenance.
- Appliances moved, altered, or repaired by another party after our visit.
- Customer-supplied parts unless explicitly agreed in writing.
How to Request Warranty Support
Please use our warranty claim page and include your name, service address, invoice or job number if available, appliance type, and a short description of the issue.
This policy is provided for customer clarity. Final warranty coverage is explained by the technician and reviewed case by case based on the original repair, appliance condition, issue diagnosed, and part supplied.
